Location: Flexible within the US
Job responsibilities include:
- Monitor and respond to support request tickets
- Request information needed to resolve issues
- Follow-up to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction
- Some remote services and training
Required technical skills:
- Experience providing technical support for DAM systems, preferably Canto Cumulus but applicants with experience with other DAM systems will be considered
- Experience using a support ticketing system like Zendesk or something similar
- Proficiency in the Operating Systems: Windows (server and desktop), Mac OS; some basic understanding of a UNIX-based OS
- Familiarity with standard IT infrastructure such as servers, networks and storage
